We operate from a custom-built 7 ft x 12 ft mobile trailer licensed for use by both the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and the Allegheny County Health Department.

Shave ice. There’s no “shaved ice” sold here. We use block ice and the best equipment to produce a light, fluffy, snow-like treat that’s authentic Hawaiian.
